How to Initiate a Return & Refund

  2. Receive Guidelines: Approved requests will get a return address and packing instructions (no prepaid labels provided).
  3. Ship the Item: Use a trackable service (USPS/USPS International) and retain the tracking number. We are not liable for lost packages.
  4. Inspection: We inspect returns within 2–3 business days of delivery to our warehouse.

Return Shipping Fees

  1. Our Error (defective/incorrect items): We cover return shipping costs—provide a receipt for reimbursement.
  2. Your Reason (change of mind/size): You are responsible for return shipping fees.
