Shipping Destinations
Currently, our shipping services are limited to addresses within the United States and Canada. Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill orders for delivery locations outside these two countries at this time.
For shipments bound for Canada, please be aware that your order may be subject to international import regulations. Detailed information regarding applicable duties, taxes, and customs requirements can be found in the dedicated section below.
Order Handling Time
Upon successful payment confirmation, we usually process orders within 1–3 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays (such as U.S. Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and Canadian Thanksgiving) are excluded from our processing schedule—these days will not be counted toward the processing timeframe.
For Canadian orders specifically: An additional 1–2 business days of processing time may be required. This extra time is used to verify the accuracy of your shipping details, prepare mandatory customs documentation (including commercial invoices), and ensure full compliance with all Canadian import rules and regulations.
Expected Delivery Window
Delivery timelines commence on the day your order is shipped, not the day you place it:
- U.S. Standard Shipping: After dispatch, your order should arrive at your doorstep within 5–10 business days.
- Canadian Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on your specific location across Canada, but generally fall within a 10–20 business day window after shipment. This extended timeframe accounts for international transit durations and potential delays associated with customs clearance procedures.
Delivery Carriers
- Within the U.S.: USPS serves as our primary shipping carrier, responsible for handling the majority of domestic deliveries.
- To Canada: We partner with USPS International to ensure reliable cross-border delivery. The specific carrier assigned to your shipment may vary slightly based on factors such as your destination address, package weight, and the delivery speed option you selected during checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. For U.S. orders, this tracking number will provide real-time updates throughout the entire delivery process. For Canadian orders, tracking updates may only be available until the package reaches Canadian customs—after that, you can check the latest status by visiting the local postal service’s website or the carrier’s international tracking platform.
Canada Orders – Customs, Duties & TaxesOrders shipped to Canada may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by customs or the carrier.
These charges are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable by , even if an order is returned or refunded.
Refunds for eligible returns will only include the product price and (where legally required) the original shipping fee. Duties and taxes are not refundable.
Order Tracking Instructions
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This email includes your unique tracking number and a direct link that allows you to monitor your package’s status in real time.
- U.S. Orders: Tracking information is updated continuously, covering every stage of the delivery journey—from our warehouse to your front door.
- Canadian Orders: It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available in the system after shipment. Once the package departs the U.S., tracking updates may become less frequent.
